Court Reservation Policy

.) You must be a member to reserve courts at AD-IN. Guests can play at the invitation of a present member for a $15 fee to be paid by the guest or the host.

.) Court reservations can be made 3, 4, or 5 days in advance, not including the day of, depending on your membership group.

.) Court Reservations can only be made during business hours (Monday-Friday 8AM-10PM, Weekends 8AM-8PM) in person, by phone (713) 784-4010, or online. Court reservations made by e-mail or voicemail will be considered incomplete and void without over the phone or in person follow up.

.) Court reservations are taken in the order they are received based on court availability. Court times are limited to predetermined 90 minute times to maximize court availability.

.) Members are allowed to book on court in the AM and one court in the PM per membership. The exception to this rule is if you call on the day of, we will permit multiple bookings.

.) If a court time is unavailable, members will have the option to have their name put on a waitlist for that time. Court cancellations will be filled from the waitlist in the order that it was received.

.) Court Reservations cannot be transferred between members. If the host for a court reservation cannot be present for their court reservation, their reservation must be canceled with the Front Desk, (713)784-4010, so it can be filled based on the order of the waitlist. If the host of a court reservation is not in attendance for their reservation, they will be charged a $20 no-show fee.

.) The host will be charged a $15.00 guest fee by the end of the night if any guest under their court reservation does not satisfy their guest fee. It is the host’s responsibility to communicate AD-IN policies to their guests.

.) There is no fee to cancel a court reservation. Please give as much notice as possible when canceling a court reservation as it is hard to fill spots within 12 hours.

.) There is a 10 minute grace period from the start of your court time before your court time may be given away and/or a no-show fee is assessed. If a court reservation is not canceled by the end of the grace period, the host will be charged a $20 no-show fee at the end of the day.

.) During our morning rush, we ask that members keep their conversation focused. Receptionists are not allowed to discuss how many courts are available, who has courts booked, why courts are not available, or non-related reservation matters with other members.

.) During our morning rush, we ask that members do not reserve courts in person until 8:05 A.M. in order to avoid service interruptions from our call queue.
